The client is responsible for discussing any rules with the artist that they are unsure about.

BASIC INFORMATION

  • I don't draw: nsfw (18+) complex mechanisms, strongly muscled appearances

CHANGES
  • Two stages of edits
  1. Changes during the black-and-white sketch
  2. Color changes during the color sketch.

  • Extra payment
  1. Changes after approval of the color sketch;
  2. Redrawing and more work because the instructions are wrong or not clear.

PAYMENT
・ Bank transfer (RU) or PayPal/VGen (EU/USA)
・ All prices are in US dollars.
・ Extra payment depends on how hard and how long it takes to make changes.
EXPRESS ORDER / PRIORITY QUEUE:

  • $50 / $30% of total order (Which is more expensive)
I'll take your order now or next week.
The price may be different if you need it soon.

PRIVATE ORDER:

  • $50 / $30% of total order (Which is more expensive)
Work process cannot be shared on social or streams.
OR
Final work cannot be publicly available for 28 days

  • $100 / 75% of total order (Which is more expensive)
I can't post my final work on social media or on my public portfolio.
COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
  • +100% of the total order amount

This fee is for using pictures for big printing, selling, or other ways to make money like:
- Mass distribution of illustrations as a reward for subscribing to a certain level of subscription.
- Printing / using illustrations for sale.
- Creating monetizable videos such as music videos, video commentaries, animations, etc.

Emotes, icons, and panels are allowed on channels that get money, but commercial rights will be required for further profitable activities using these images.

REFUND & CANCELLATION

  • The Client must never request/ submit a Paypal chargeback under any circumstances. This will be considered a violation of my Terms of Service. If a refund has been agreed on, I will transfer the funds to you per our agreement
  • Platform fees will not be refunded

  • I will refund in the following circumstances:
・ If I, the artist, cancel the order due to my inability to complete it, or if there has been any inappropriate behavior or breach of contract by the client, I will refund the full amount.
・ If the order is canceled, the partially completed work will not be delivered to the customer.

  • I, the artist, reserve the right to use, modify, or adapt the unfinished work for other designs or orders. I will not directly use any concepts that are unique to the previous customer, but I may change or adapt them as necessary.

CREDITING THE ARTIST


USAGE RIGHTS

・ I, as an artist, possess intellectual property rights and copyrights over my illustrations and original drawings. These rights are reserved for my own use, unless otherwise specified in a contractual agreement.
・ Any commissioned works are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in a contract. Commercial rights may only be acquired with prior agreement.
・ I, the artist, reserve the right to showcase the results of my work on demand and completed projects at any time. This can include broadcasting them on the Twitch platform, posting them on X (Twitter) or displaying them in my portfolio on my website.

This statement supersedes any agreement or contract with a client regarding the terms of private commissions.
